We ensure involvement of Caribbean Americans business leaders in the growing and increasingly relevant energy industry. Promote business practices that enables our communities to benefits from emerging technology, renewable energy resources, electrification of transportation and building HVAC systems, Decarbonization, and expansion of substation, transmission and distribution systems required for the safe and reliable distribution of energy.

We encourage students to consider careers in energy and related Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Promote educational balance through engagement in arts and athletics. Create a pipeline of energy professionals to support the energy industry for decades to come.

We serve as a resource for policy discussions of the economic, social and political impact of environmental and energy policies on Caribbean Americans and disadvantaged communities. Ensure the interests of our communities are fully considered in policy and regulatory development.
