Greta Davis serves as Treasurer of CASONY. Since its inception, she has helped administer the organization’s educational programs for under-served youth throughout the five boroughs.
A career civil servant, Ms. Davis has held management positions throughout New York State and New York City governments. She currently serves as the Director of Administration for the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority Office of the Inspector General. In this position, Ms. Davis is responsible for Finance, Budget, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Human Resources (including Recruitment), and Facilities Management for the branch of the MTA that provides oversight and monitoring.
A community activist, Ms. Davis is the President of the Rosedale/Laurelton Kiwanis Club, where she leads the district in developing programs for youth and families in need. Ms. Davis holds a Master of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from New York Institute of Technology, with the distinction of having graduated first in her class. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University School of Management and is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School.
