Katina Foy serves on CASONY’s Board of Directors. She brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge to the organization in the important area of Information Technology. Since 2020, Ms. Foy has held the position of Section Manager in the Information Technology area at Consolidated Edison Company of New York, overseeing a team of auditors and KPMG staff. Together, they are responsible for assessing the internal control environment, providing direction in performing complex risk-based technology audits, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity directives and other assessments.
Additionally, she serves on the Information and Operational Technology Governance Committee; the Corporate Cyber Security Team; the Privacy Working Group; the IT Audit Directors Roundtable; and the IT Audit Leaders Council.
Ms. Foy holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications and Information Management from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Studies, with a minor in Government from Dartmouth College. She has completed a comprehensive Project Management Course; Linux (Red Hat) Server Administration training; Certified Information Systems Auditor training; and Cisco Certified Network Associate training. Katina Foy’s affiliations include the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
