Focused on M&A, Amir performs financial analysis and research companies, markets and strategies to assess the value and feasibility of potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Amir Davis serves as an Advisor to the CASONY board. Since 2024, Amir Davis has held the position of Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies, one of the world’s leading full-service investment banking and capital markets firms.
Focused on M&A, Amir performs financial analysis and research companies, markets and strategies to assess the value and feasibility of potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Over the last few years, while still at university, Amir interned in several fields, including Investment Banking. He also held the position of Undergraduate Researcher, working with the KC Huang Lab, and worked as a Research Assistant for Brookhaven National Laboratory. These experiences left him with a heightened sense of the importance of analysis, compilation of data and how to present findings, all of which serve him well today.
Amir graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Stanford University and was recognized with the Black Community Services Center Exceptional Achievement Award. He had previously attended Brooklyn Technical High School, where he was honored as an AP Scholar with Distinction, the Dr. Calvin Martin Memorial Scholarship and the American Association of Blacks in Energy NYMAC Scholarship.
Active in his community, Amir Davis has acted as Head Tutor in the Saturday Educational Enrichment program at I.S. 59, leading math tutoring sessions for 60+ middle school students. He is also interested in languages and has a working knowledge of basic Mandarin and an intermediate fluency in French.
